Dominique Danielle is an American designer based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a firm believer in the bible verse “but with God all things are possible” Matthew 19:26. Dominique learned to hand sew at a young age from a family friend but her love for fashion design was unlocked at the Philadelphia High School for Girls.

 

Following high school, Dominque attended The Art Institute of Philadelphia for Fashion Marketing where she obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree. Dominique interned with Perry Ellis International as a Merchandiser as well as Urban Outfitters as a Design Intern. After many years of not landing a corporate position in the fashion industry, Dominique decided to start her own private label. With knowledge on how to open a brick and mortar store Dominique had very little experience in making garment pieces. After researching how to create your own clothing line, Dominique felt it would be more cost effective to learn how to sew garments herself. So, Dominique began taking classes at MADE Studios in Philadelphia and looking to her grandmother who is a former seamstress for her expertise. Dominique is just in the beginning of her journey, building her brand one step at a time and will not stop until her vision becomes a reality.
